The services I provide are handguided edge-to-edge and custom quilted designs.  This means that I have you covered, together we can achieve the look you desire.  Edge to edge quilting designs will be repetitive across the quilt top and not area-specific, while custom quilting can vary greatly from allover designs within borders to individual block & border motifs.  I also carry a high quality batting that stitches up beautifully, but you are welcome to provide your own.

 

My goal as a longarm quilter is to help you get those quilt tops completed and take the stress out of "quilt as desired."  No need for you to wrestle your quilt top under the throat of your domestic machine.  You have put a lot of time and effort into piecing your quilt top and I want to enhance your piecing and let you enjoy all your hard work.  Together, we will carefully select the quilting design to match your quilt top. My personal aesthetic leans toward traditional style with a modern flair, often including organic shapes, and abstract quilting designs. I have been known to "quilt it to death" using dense background fillers when quilting custom quilts and am happy to do so if that is the look you prefer.  My ultimate goal is to give your top a lovely texture that compliments your patchwork and suits the purpose of the quilt.

For additional options, search any of these websites below. If you find a pantograph that I don't own, I'm happy to purchase it and split the cost with you. Search the terms pantograph or edge-to-edge (E2E) to find the right type of designs.  Urban Elementz has a wide variety of paper designs and is the main supplier that I purchase from.  Keep in mind, that due to being hand guided, not computerized, I can only use paper pantographs as opposed to digital downloaded designs.  However, if you are just looking for inspiration feel free to explore Intelligent Quilter and Longarm League for some stunning digital designs.
